| Local family looking for a rental/lease to purchase. Prefer 1-5 year lease with the option to purchase. Looking for at least 4 bedroom home. We have 3 children and a 3 year old yellow labrador. My husband is the General Manager of gunthers Electric and has been there for 15+ years. We have great references and are looking to start lease after Jan 1 2010 or possibly before. The home we are in now is being put back on the market for over $600,000, which is out of our range to purchase.
