North Brook HOA
TCMG acts as the Homeowners Association for Phase II & III of the Northbrook Community by request of the land developer. Once the number of homes sold reaches a specified percentage, the homeowners may elect to operate the association themselves or continue to utilize TCMG or any other service as desired.
